All of our items are handmade & packaged in house. Freeze dry candy is fragile to ship, and can often crumble some. The dust/crumbles make a great addition to fruit toppings, coffee, hot cocoa, or ice cream!
We really want you to have the most fresh product possible. With that we do have a processing time. Most often our processing time is 2-4 business days.
Handmade gifts may not always be perfect (that is what is unique about handmade). We do our very best to review each item as it leaves our facility for any flaws. Please embrace any small flaws the item might have from being handmade, and know it was made with care!
