The color is natural (not pure white). The tea towel is approximately 28″x28″. The design is printed directly onto the towel. **Please note that during the printing process the printed area can get a little stiff, but this comes out during the first wash**

All of our items are handmade here in our shop. With items being handmade to order we do have a processing time. That processing time on these tea towels is 3 business days (business days is Monday – Friday excluding holidays). Processing time is the time it takes us to make your order. These tea towels to ship out free (generally first class mail and that does include tracking). They ship out to you after the processing time.

Handmade gifts may not always be perfect (that is what is unique about handmade). We do our very best to review each item as it leaves our facility for any flaws. Please embrace any small flaws the item might have from being handmade, and know it was made with care! If you do find a larger flaw please contact us right away (within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right).
